• Terms of Sale Please read these terms carefully they are binding and they contain important information. What to Send and Where to Send it Send all pages of the target for the paper you are having profiled, a completed Order Form for each profile ordered and payment in full to:
To assure I have an accurate and current email address to deliver your order and that the message delivering your order will not be blocked by Spam filters; the ordering process is not complete until you send an email message to: Orders@CathysProfiles.com from the email account where you want your order delivered. The message shall contain the following information: 1. Your first and last name. 2. The email address where you want your order sent. 3. Your full mailing address. 4. The telephone number and convenient times to reach you between noon and 8 pm Pacific time. 5. I have added "CathysProfiles.com" to the Trusted Domain list of all active Spam filter's on the email account where am requesting my order be delivered. All business is conducted via email, and commercial shippers. Hand delivered orders can not be accepted. Pre-sales questions and post-sales technical support is provided by email only. Cathy's Profiles and Cathy Stratton are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected orders or targets. Price and Payment Methods I provide profiling services for RGB printers only (no CMYK printers); my services cost: $35 per profile. Discounts: If 3 or more profiles are ordered at the same time the first two profiles cost $35 and all the additional profiles cost $30. The discounted price is only applicable if: 1. All the targets are received at the same time. 2. All payment are received at the same time. 3. All profiles are be delivered in the same download link. The table below shows an example of how the discount affects the price of profiles when more than 2 profiles are ordered at the same time.
Acceptable forms of payment are: PayPal, money order, cash, and check. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal (there is no requirement to be a PayPal member). US funds only. Money orders and checks must be drawn on a US financial institution or on a financial institution with an affiliation with a US financial institution. Make checks and money orders payable to:
Cash payments are accepted but not recommended and are made strictly at the sender's risk. There will be a $25.00 charge for all checks returned for insufficient funds. Delivery Time I run Cathy's Profiles alone, I deliver all profiles as quickly as possible; many are delivered within 1 business day of receipt of the target, most are delivered within of 3 business days of receipt of targets. All orders will be delivered within 5 business days of receipt of the targets. An email notifying you that your order has been received and providing an estimated delivery date will be sent only when your order will not be delivered within 2 business days of receipt of the targets. Delivery Method An email message containing a link to your profiles will be emailed to you. The link and will remain active for 7 calendar days from the date the message is sent. The message containing the link will only be sent to one email account. The domain "CathysProfiles.com" must be on the Safe/Trusted Domain list or the email address "Orders@CathysProfiles.com" must be on the Safe/Trusted Senders Lists of all active Spam filter's on the email account where message containing the link is to be sent. A properly printed target is essential for a usable profile to be created and it is wholly the buyer's responsibility to provide a properly printed target. If you have any doubt about the proper settings to use in the the printing software or the printer driver, contact Cathy's Profiles via email and wait for response before printing the target. If your profile does not meet your expectations you may request a review of your workflow and assistance in improving your results. If it is determined necessary your profile will be remade from a newly printed target one time at no cost. Cathy's Profiles reserves the right to issue a refund in lieu of reviewing your workflow and remaking your profile. You must report that your profile does not meet your expectations to TechSupport@Cathysprofiles.com ASAP. All sales are final on the 30th calendar day after delivery of your profile. Cathy's Profiles and Cathy Stratton are not responsible for loss of any kind due to a profile that does not perform as expected. You are purchasing the right to use the profiles on the printer that printed the targets. You may not make copies of these profiles for any reason other than having a backup copy for safe keeping. You may not re-sell, re-distribute, or transfer your right to use the profiles to another person under any circumstances. Targets become the property of Cathy's Profiles and will not be returned.
